Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms apply to your use of the Unveyled app, offered by Sphereness (Chamber of Commerce number 17215839), Hermenstraat 12, 5712 CV Someren, the Netherlands. By creating an account you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Your Account

You must be at least 18 years old to use Unveyled. You must give accurate information when you create your account. You are responsible for keeping access to your email account and device secure and for all activity under your Unveyled account.

3. Subscriptions

Unveyled requires a subscription. Subscriptions are bought and managed through the App Store or Google Play and renew automatically until you cancel them.

If a free trial is offered, it turns into a paid subscription when the trial ends, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the trial.

You can cancel at any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the app or your Unveyled account does not cancel your subscription. Prices, billing and refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their terms.

We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

5. AI-Generated Content and Tarot Readings

We provide AI-generated tarot card interpretations for entertainment and personal reflection purposes only. These interpretations are generated by artificial intelligence and should not be relied upon as professional advice of any kind, including but not limited to medical, psychological, financial, legal, or relationship advice.

Tarot readings within the app do not predict the future, communicate with supernatural entities, or provide factual information about your life circumstances. The AI generates interpretations based on traditional tarot symbolism and your card selections.

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact your local emergency services or a crisis hotline. If you need professional advice, please consult a qualified professional in the relevant field.

You acknowledge that you use AI interpretations at your own discretion and that we bear no responsibility for decisions made based on these interpretations.

6. Your Content

Your questions, notes and chats remain yours. You allow us to store and process them only to provide the app to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimer

The app is provided 'as is'. We do our best to keep it available and working well, but we do not guarantee that it will always be available or free of errors. Nothing in these Terms limits the rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages, such as loss of data or profit, arising from the use of or inability to use the app. This does not limit liability for intent or gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Ending Your Use

You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or end your account if you seriously or repeatedly break these Terms.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may change these Terms. We will tell you in the app before important changes take effect. If you keep using the app after that, the new Terms apply.

11. Governing Law

Dutch law applies to these Terms. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a dispute before the courts there.
